Garlic Rosemary Potatoes December 19 2018
Potatoes are one of the most versatile vegetables on the planet. You can make french fries, tater tots, wedges, casseroles, cakes, latkes, frittatas, and so much more! With so many applications, what's not to love? Our personal favorite is Garlic Rosemary Potatoes... So simple to make, yet so yummy!
Ingredients:
15 mini redskin potatoes, halved
1/8 cup olive oil
3/4 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 Tbsps minced garlic
2 Tbsps minced dried rosemary
1 Tbsp butter
Coaching Points:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Cut the potatoes in half or quarters and place in a bowl with the olive oil, salt , pepper, garlic and rosemary. Toss until the potatoes are well coated.
Pour the potatoes on a baking sheet and spread out into 1 layer. Evenly distribute slices of butter.
Roast in the oven for at least 1 hour, or until browned and crisp. Flip twice with a spatula during cooking to ensure even browning. Remove the potatoes from the oven, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
