Al's Boneless Rib Wrap September 16 2019

Ingredients
Bubba's Boneless Ribs — Original or Honey
1oz Grilled or Roasted Leeks
1oz Grilled or Roasted Red Peppers
1oz Grilled or Roasted Portobello Mushrooms
1/2 Whole Avocado, Sliced
1/2oz Sour Cream
1/2 Lime, Juiced
12" Flour Tortilla
COACHING POINTS
Prepare Bubba’s Boneless Ribs according to package directions.
Warm a saute pan, then carefully place flour tortilla and warm for approximately 1 minute each side. Once warmed, spread Bubba's Ribs over tortilla, leaving approximately 1" from the edges.
Arrange all grilled or roasted vegetables over tortilla, then drizzle with lime crema.
Roll wrap, slice, serve and enjoy!
