Boneless Rib Tacos September 16 2019

   

    

With this recipe, #TacoTuesday can be every day! Ditch the ground beef, chicken or steak tacos and opt for something better... Something like our Boneless Baby Back Ribs! A tender, delicious alternative to traditional taco meats guaranteed to knock you off your feet.

 

Ingredients

Bubba's Boneless Ribs, Shredded — Original or Honey

3 Taco Shells (Hard or Soft)

1oz Diced Tomatoes

1oz Diced Red Onions

1oz Shredded Iceberg Lettuce

1oz Shredded Cheddar

1.5oz Chipotle Sauce

1 Lime, Quartered

 

COACHING POINTS

Prepare Bubba’s Boneless Ribs according to package directions.

Place equal amounts of lettuce in each taco sell, then place shredded rib meat on top. Divide equally on each shell, then add tomatoes, onions and cheese. Garnish with lime, then drizzle with sauce.

Serve simply, and enjoy!
